Individual Performance Plan Template

An Individual Performance Plan (IDP) is used to set goals or build a plan for focused development. Individuals should build this plan in collaboration with their supervisor.

Goal and purpose – What will achieving this goal accomplish? Areas of Opportunity – What particular skills will be developed with the completion of this plan?

 

Resources, Support and Opportunities – Identify resources, support systems and opportunities for development in relation to the plan 

 

Scheduling Check In and Progress Update – Identify several progress check in points ahead of time where parties will come together to reflect upon plan progress.
