Meaningful Relationships Activity

DIRECTION:

In Revitalize, teams were introduced to relationship inventories and identifying qualities for meaningful relationships. This exercise provides the opportunity to identify meaningful relationship qualities and cross reference those qualities with team activities to identify ways that the team engages together. Are these activities serving as ways to level-up the team and contribute to mattering or detract from team effectiveness?

Step 1:

A: Have participants submit their own updated lists of meaningful relationship qualities in a google or microsoft form.
B: Create a strategy inventory of the different actions they participate in on a regular basis. (required, team-based activities, systems, duties, responsibilities, functions, behaviors)

Step 2:

Share the two lists with the team in a group setting and add any additional elements.
